By enrolling in a course, using our services, or engaging with SkillRover Technologies, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a professional and structured learning environment while promoting discipline and accountability among students and trainees.
All students must complete the enrollment process before participating in any course. Course fees must be paid in full or in two installments before the course commencement. Failure to complete installment payments within the agreed period may result in suspension from the course.
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes and practical sessions. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes to a class attracts a fine of ₦1,000 per instance unless prior notice is given. Missing a class without prior notice to the instructor or administrator attracts a fine of ₦2,000 per session. Repeated lateness or absenteeism without reasonable cause may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
All students and participants are expected to maintain professional behavior within the learning environment. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical practices will lead to immediate expulsion from the course. Respect for instructors, fellow students, and company staff is mandatory.
All course materials, including slides, notes, and recorded sessions, are intellectual property of SkillRover Technologies and may not be shared, distributed, or resold. Unauthorized recording of classes or redistribution of learning materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and passing required assessments. The three types of certificates awarded include:cls Certificate of Completion - Awarded to students who meet all course requirements. Certificate of Participation - Given to students who attended but did not complete all requirements. Certificate of Excellence - Reserved for outstanding students who excel in assessments and projects. Certificates will not be issued if a student fails to meet attendance, coursework, or payment requirements.
Students are provided free internet access during class hours for learning purposes only. Any form of misuse, such as excessive downloads, streaming, or non-educational usage, may result in restricted access. Students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of training facilities.
Students found violating any rules will receive a verbal or written warning. Continuous violations may result in temporary suspension or expulsion from the program. Any legal violations within the premises will be reported to relevant authorities.
SkillRover Technologies is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or accidents occurring within the training facility. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred due to the misuse of learned skills or failure to secure a job after training.
While we provide career support, resume building, and job interview assistance, we do not guarantee automatic job placements. Students are encouraged to apply their knowledge, network, and utilize available career resources to secure employment opportunities. Top-performing students who demonstrate excellence in their coursework and projects are more likely to gain internship opportunities and potential employment placements through our network of partners and industry connections.
SkillRover Technologies reserves the right to adjust training schedules, including time, duration, and course content, if necessary. Students will be notified in advance of any changes.
